No no this is the original Swedish version. The English - Italian version was released later since they saw the possibilities get an European hit. Since Fake is a Swedish band it's not suprising that the first version was in Swedish. I do have both versions in my record collection.
Nono, the original version was italian/english, I don't know the reason. Maybe because the italian is less spoken (and understood) than french but enought famous to be reconized. More, it is a "italo disco" music genre song.
Finally I hear this version! I expected it to be much rawer than the English version since it was first, but it explains the title at least, and I'm surprised the spoken female vocals are still in Italian, I heard a version with French vocals and I presumed it was the original english version... good to know :)
