Mock Interview with the Boston Bruins for a Digital Marketing Internship

Your Role:

Support the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Designer and Marketing Department with daily activities and projects. Assist in the execution of various aspects of digital marketing campaigns to maximize outreach, fan engagement, and campaign performance. Help effectively translate all Boston Bruins and TD Garden images and graphics for digital use to ensure 100% consistency for all brands. Help monitor all Boston Bruins and TD Garden social platforms and marketing efforts. Help with the development and implementation of social growth opportunities and fan engaging programs for all Boston Bruins and TD Garden social platforms. Assist the Digital Marketing Designer in the creation of forms, emails, and graphics and help manage all digital assets to increase potential revenue opportunities. Help compile reports and statistics for all digital marketing campaigns, contests and initiatives. Manage Boston Bruins and TD Garden images, graphics, and emails in marketing automation platform. Assist with the organization of daily emails and social content. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Skills:

Educational concentration in graphic design, web, marketing or related concentration preferred. Demonstrable knowledge of social media websites, with a strong familiarity with Twitter, Facebook, and Google+. General knowledge of basic HTML. Strong knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong writing skill preferred. Organized and detail oriented. Experience with managing and tracking email marketing and electronic marketing campaigns preferred.

Compensation:

Internships offered by the Boston Bruins are non-compensated. All interns must receive college credit. All interns must provide documentation from their college or university stating the number of hours obligated to work and verifying receipt of college credit. Before the start of each internship period, all interns must read, agree to and submit a signed copy of the Boston Bruins Internship Agreement contract. All interns are required to lift (25) pounds and perform some manual labor.
