@RyanHoulio its a clip stupid!!!!! :P just messing with you, are laws are so logical right?
-
@BobbyIronsights Very true, thats for the information, seems like they keep that stuff fairly low key... If you catch my drift.
-
@BobbyIronsights Well it seems to work just fine, so I would say if you did not pay to much it was a good buy. I do not know the Canadian prices off hand. I live in the US, so all firearm prices are a bit lower for the most part due to increase abilty to get them easally. I will take anything with a good price that shots well, even if it is hacked up and ugly like that one. Besides, you can always make a restore project out of it when you are in the mood.

How is the M1 Garand availability in Canada?

You can get a new stock from the CMP for around $100.
Pretty brave posting videos of a unpinned mag, but I guess your one of the few who have balls in Canada.

@RyanHoulio Actually, I can't claim to be all that brave. The M1 Garand has an exemption, as it uses en bloc clips that take 8 rounds, so it's legal.

damn no offense but that is one ugly garand. is it sporterized?

@NotSoLegalStuff Nope, it just had a few parts missing when I bought it.

That is the first time I have seen a sporterized M1 Garand. Looks better then I thought it would, but I still could never bring myself to sporterize my WW2 and older rifles. By the way, pull the slide back? I was always tought to slap it forward, and do NOT be gentle. It does not like gentle, lol. I guess it is a fitting rifle for Canadians, since a Canadian invented it.

@Jesses001 Not sporterized, just missing a couple parts, probably cannibalized. Still shoots though, and it was in my price range.
