The best way is to follow your intuition as to how often and during what times of the day you feel it best to meditate on this. The artwork on the video, together with a series of other channeled multidimensional abstract art, contains light and sound language healing and activating codes as well and would be helpful as a continuum of tools that may be used as often as needed.

Interesting to say the least. Does one need to just watch it once? Or daily for six weeks in order for their DNA to undergoe the complete repair? Any other suggestions to maximize the effectiveness of this gift would gladly be appreciated....thank you for posting god bless and Happy Easter!
