Clinton War 09 part 1

First in a series of Clinton War '09 videos. Due to a fight over property rights, Clinton War was not an official SCA event this year. The drawback was that some nobles warned people not to go or the world wold end (or the nobles would make their lives hard), The upside was that the organizers let us do some EMP fighting alongside the usual SCA battles at Clinton, This first video is just some EMP pickups in camp. That's to everyone who came to Clinton War with an open mind.

My technique is lacking, was fun though. My first dagger fight.

Actually the one behind the back hand switch was pretty cool. I knew you were switching hands but then you lunged with the right and I bought the fake thinking you had changed your mind letting you get a great face thrust with the left hand.

well i'm mad at myself for arriving too late for any of that, but happy that i arrived too late for any of that as i would have been sure to get my butt whupped!

That is literally one of the most bad#ss things ever. Kinda like 300. I really like how the slow-mo lets you appreciate the technique.
