My Vulcan is a great runner and is virtually trouble free. The upgrades include Jardine billet grips, Cobra highway bars, Mac Fat Stakkers exhaust, Mapam lightbar with 4.5 inch passing lamps, Custom solo seat with Harley Dyna fender rack, Drag Specialties wedge turning signals, Tombstone tail lamp, Kuryakyn Longhorn brake pedal, Harley shift peg, floorboards, 2 inch handlebar risers with smooth bar clamp, Hopnel tank bib and EPA equipment removed plus some things I probably missed.

  • hey did u remove the baffles from the Mac fat exhaust . I just installed them on my yamaha star 650 n theybsound weaker than stock. I don't know if the baffles need to b removed to get a good sound from them. plz let me know.

  • @aztekcasper10 The baffles are in for this video. When I had them out it was just too loud in the early morning for my rides in to work. The baffles I believe are called quiet baffles but I was made aware that you can install shorter baffles which I have'nt tried. I may in the future change the tips though to a slash cut. Thanks for your interest.

  • Very nice looking upgrades.

What was involved with installing the Dyna fender rack?

  • @paopencarry The rack's curve matches perfect with the rear fender. It ended up matching up perfect with the solo seat I fabricated so only 1 hole was drilled. This seat which I have recently redone was made from the stock seat which I cut in half, used the back end cap with the stock bracket.

  • If you are a beginner than this is a great starter bike. It has the look and power of a larger bike but still easy to learn and build your confidence. It is quick and nimble for city cruising yet big and comfortable enough for long highway rides. Good Luck!

  • did you have to mod anything for that tombstone taillight?

  • @5kayo9 New holes need to be drilled and the rubber base under the tail light really dosen't cover the holes let behind from the stock light. I used self adhesive chrome teardrops one on each side. I also used long chrome spikes at the top of the light and relocated the license plate to the fender for a more cleaner look. I installed a red LED light which in turn makes the top of the tombstone glow red.

  • Hi, is it a motorcycle for tall people? Cause I'm like 5'4 and used to have a Kawasaki Vulcan 500 year 95 with no issues at all (couldn't stand my feet totally in the ground though) so what you say?

  • Hey I have the same bike and am looking for those pipes.. Do you think you could post the link to the website where you purchased them?

  • Just installed the same pipes and they sound great! Where did you get those rear turn signals? I need something like that.

  • @123columbo123 accualy what u should do is go to your local motorcycle dealer and test one of this sit on them feel the weight if you think you can handle it than this is 100% the bike for you
