I don't think SF4 is a failure.
I see SF4 as a slower and less aggresive game than SF3, but that is just a matter of taste, in my opinion.
But then, my reaction speed / finger dexterity isn't very good, so of course I enjoy SF4 more.

man, everytime I see this game in action, it just reminds me of how much of a failure SFIV is compared to it, 3rd strike WILL ALWAYS be the best SF game in my opinion.
