The number one thing to do when trying to lose weight is to watch what you eat. This is what I like to eat for breakfast.

The reason why I did this is to show you that you don't need any crazy organic foods and expensive supplements to lose weight. Save your money it just get some foods like this...

eggs
yogurt
fresh fruit
orange juice
water

All natural, non artificial foods for breakfast. It's a great way to start your day!

  • Yogurt aids in digestive system making it a lot easier for your body to assimilate all the protein and supplements you might be taking. IE no more runs to the bathroom at the gym.......

  • butter or margarine is better preferred ;)

  • i'd suggest you avoid using vegetable oil....

    extra virgin coconut & olive oils are better for you, or ground nut oil

    much healthier

  • Exactly why nobody tried DietOramy diet plans? I was randomly clicking Google and came across it - I must say it truly is the first eating regimen regime that I've experimented with that does not make me feel persistently starving, and I'm nevertheless losing extra fat.
