Obviously it's a long time since you've posted this, but I'm really surprised by the quality. I'd love to know how you did it; did you use MisFire or just stock AE plugins?

mixture of both. I put a lens blur on sold dv footage, use a tritone tint with a light tan for the whites, dark brown for the blacks and a medium brown for the midtones and set the blending to whatever made out the sky to become a greenish colour. Then I think I added Ms Fading and definitely MsDust. I also added some grain I believe.

@visualgf I've been trying to recreate your effects for about an hour now and I can't get it quite right. I've even been using a still from this video and trying to match it up to the left side that you did. By any small chance do you have the project file? I absolutely love what you've done.

@electrikfrenzy i've reformatted my computer oh too many times for that to still be in existence. But since I have a lot of time on my hands and everyone keeps asking, I'll make a tutorial this week.
I'm also going to make another visual style similar to old 8mm film with that sort of reddish colour to it if anyone's interested.
