  • Norton is a peice of shit, you made a bad investment.

  • Like I said, the Mac version. And I even stated, "I don't know about the PC version, but that Mac version works great."

  • AVG Free is much better and you don't have to give over your credit card details to this awful company

  • I got double-billed by Norton one time, because their product had crashed my computer and I had to reinstall their product along with everything else I had lost. They billed me a second time just cos I re-downloaded it. When I called up the online hlp to get a refund, the guy insisted on re-installing the product by taking over my computer, and he wouldn't listen when I said I knew how to install the thing but just waned my refund. I quit using the product, but kept getting bills for2 years .

  • Norton is a terrible company, one of the most predatory I have met. You were very lucky if you managed to have a good experience. Just be very careful to search your account and find the box where it says that Norton has signed you up for automatic renewal. I kept getting bills for two years after I abandoned Norton, and didn't even know I was being billed.

  • Nice vid Brandon thanks for sharing your experience. Its always nice but not the norm to hear about good service usually on hear about the bad service.

  • @BDogbz Lol Pirated it anyways so i dont really mind, just be aware that there are better ones out there if you want to be protected as you say
