Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong are already in recession, Taiwan and South Korea are teetering on the edge, and China is slowing fast.
Already hundreds of factories have closed down and thousands were laid off.
How will Asia ride out this economic downturn?
Things were looking bad for Asia back then since most of us were dependent on exporting to the Western world. Thankfully, we've found new markets and most have used the crisis as an opportunity to strengthen domestic markets. Even though they say there's a crisis, I'm thankful that neither I nor my family and friends have felt it.
