just to clear up the meat, washing, salad issue...
using the power of digital editing, the sequence you see is not in the order it was filmed. In reality, I did the steaks, made the dressing, then washed the board, then chopped the lettuce...

Thanks for calling me beautiful. I'm actually more worried about the fact that you used iceberg lettuce. Diptyque and iceberg are inconsistent elements. Diptyque is the Bentley of candles. Baby rocket or a mixture of tatsoi, rocket and baby spinach leaves with a good olive oil, red wine vinegar and capers would be more impressive and tasty (for my palate anyway). Though for the purposes of the video.. I guess we got the 'salad' picture. Meat + salad... good choice.

I am proud to say I have never allowed an iceberg lettuce into my own home. It's like kryptonite to someone like me. the lettuce is in the video is Romaine...
