  • This is amazing!!!!!! I do this everyday because I'm training for a marathon and this is part of my workout. I stretch , do PT Bouncer - Complete Body Workout Section 1 , do ladder work , jump on the trampoline , run ten laps at the middle school I go to , use the Total Gym 1000 we have, then lastly I.........REST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!
