  • Kevin, I have to admit I haven't seen one of your vids in about a couple years ( fell off the wagon :( You seem way more intense here than i remember you..what's up?

  • Here is what is helping me:

    WATER (please Google/Youtube "water cure + depression)

    RAW FOOD

    EXERCISE

    REDUCE ALCOHOL, CAFFEINE & SUGAR (not easy but absolutely worth it)

    NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS (work great if you write them down)

  • I think food is MASSIVE in depression. I think raw food could save lives from all kinds of things, especially depression.

    This and drinking lots of water usually sort me out.

  • i was an agoraphobic for 5 years, almost never leaving my house.. about 3 months into going raw i noticed It took a lot for me to get upset and have a panic attack... 6 months into it, i was swearing i was cured but not compared to how zen i am now... I'm high raw so, I've noticed if i stray too far from raw, or don't average a head of greens, and a handful of seeds daily.. i start slipping back into anxiety, but I've been panic attack free for over a year now. before panic attacks where daily.

  • I will have to disagree about the statement regarding Marijuana- there are studies that have been done that prove that Marijuana only has disease fighting properties, but it can also be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle. Marijuana is a natural medicine and there are certain strains that actually will boost your mood and can help depression- Great show by the way I've been watching for a few months now!!

  • yoga, meditation, no processed foods and SUNSHINE! :) the sun really makes a HUGE difference for me.

  • More wishy washy bad advice.

    If you have high cholesterol+you are consuming significant amounts of overt fats+oils to have "main oils" in your diet, your caloric staple is probably going to be FAT. The intrinsic ratio of 2 fats won't indicate where your at, if your overall fat consumption is high.

    Ditch the fat+oils completely. Start eating properly, eat 2500 calories per day from bananas, dates and other sweet fruit, or quit raw+eat high complex carb cooked, as your diet obviously sucks.
