Got it working had a weird set uo i had to press coin 5 and triangle (second top button)

All 4 buttons at the same time ? When i connect it to the ps3 is just like im pressing the ps button on a regular controller it i had another converter from somewhere else and with that it works but i wanna use those i called xgaming but their service sucked

please can u help me set up my x arcade I have the new adapter n cannot seem to do it right. I get my ass kicked in Mvc2. the controller is a piece of shit! make a video on properly setting it up .

@BeRBUMK3 you may wanna re-think that strategy. You'll have even more problems with 360 and their controller compatibility is zero. If it aint licensed....forget it without painful work arounds.

strange, my arcade sticks all work fine (Hori SCIV And MadKatz) Hell, even my sega usb controllers for PC/MAC work on it and they are from ebay/hong kong and not even remotely made for playstation 3!
I have an X-Arcade on the way and needed it mainly for original XBOX. But I guess that ps3 problem is remedied because that's a nice controller for MK9!

@BTBuck74 I just got MK9 last night and played it on this cab, it worked great with the new adapter. Don't like the fact that they switched the buttons around and there is no way to reassign them like the old school way but you get use to the new layout.
