@21Gunman I think he did diss Dre and I think he hit Dre the hardest. His line about "I ain't the nigga always on vacation" seems to be a shot at Dre. Dr. Dre has often been criticized for sitting on projects and never finishing them. A significant portion of Dr. Dre proteges on Death Row and Aftermath were signed to deals and never released albums.
If you remember, Tupac went after Dre pretty hard regarding that same thing.
