Abigail's Arrival - Cubase AI4, Yamaha KX49, Roland Sound Canvass

This is my first song using Cubase, I wrote this for the arrival of our new daughter (Abigail).
I am sing Cubase AI4, Yamaha KX49, Roland Sound Canvass and some VST's.
Still needs mixing down and finishing off.

Can someone please help me? How does ai4 compare to ableton live lite? I heard you can't save or export in lite. Can you save and export in ai4?

Hi, I have not used ableton live lite so can not comment but with AI4 you can save and also have 2 export formats - either midi or audio mixdown.

I have wasted my whole saturday trying to get a fuckin vst piano to load in this program. This is not a user friendly program which has given me nothing but a headache.

Yeah - I was a bit shocked yesterday when I discovered that there was no ability to transpose notes, which is a very basic feature to implement. It's certainly not a deal-killer though as someone else mentions, your host usually offers this as well.
