This SOB Ray LaHood, who we pay $100k + a year just admitted, today Feb 8, 2011, that he recommended to his daughter to buy a Toyota. In his position as Transportation Secretary, he should remain completely neutral in his opinion on what car to buy. It is a MAJOR conflict of interest. The taxpayers have a vested interest in the domestic auto industry, and to have any high ranking public official, especially in his capacity, to recommend foreign is criminal. He is a true Benedict Arnold.
