Because the procedure is permanent. Theres no turning back and if you were watching this because you have astigmatism then its that much more risky that theyll screw it up. I started Ortho-K and i have astigmatism it took 6 months to get the right fitting lens for me but at least its not permanent and i kept trying till i got the right fitting lens. Can you imagine them messin up your laser procedure and being stuck with shitty uncorrectable vision for life?People have commited suicide cuz of it
