Having shot this weapon and the M82 Barrett .50 BMG, i can honestly say i prefer the L115A3, the Barrett is a nice weapon don't get me wrong, but not a nice weapon to fire. After you put a few rounds down range you want to put it away because of the pressure and shockwaves it feels like someone thumping you in the chest, it's a heavy weapon to carry around and the ammo is huge. The L115A3 is nice and light, good range, accuracy and knockdown power. in my opinion it's the ultimate sniper rifle.

@WW2AirSofters i know it is, ive shot one, but there are plenty of other alternatives that will meet the same accuracy standards. Check out TAC-OPS, they make the most consistent rifles ive ever seen. The have a .25 inch standard that they keep. Thats a hell of a standard to hold. Then normally hold much better than that. and they sell for 3500.
