outsourcing is 100% benficial for USA only if India import their goods and services from USA in the longterm . if America is creating jobs in India,it means Indians are getting more income,therefore their Demand rises,and as India has limited sources they will look for importing goods and services,so imagine how the US economy in longterm will be when a country of 1 Billion peoples is buying from it.

This is a smart move from Americans doing such a long term investement.
