  • well not used in a sport sense but in true tradition it is a martial weapon used for killing. so in a sense. ya, it is a martial weapon.

  • yes martial meaning military .we decided to look at the bow and its uses ,and how fast we could move position draw back release and hit the target .

  • thats not a yumi a yumi is 7 feet and is bamboo

  • hmm u should look at a horse bow or some thing of that sort. there good for small packing and still have a good punch. also there are grate brake down recerve bows. i know there not traditional but most weapons ninja use were originally not traditional for war.
