Hey mate. I have been having problems with an overheating Toshiba, I tried this solution, as I am terrible at putting things back together, and now the fans do not work entirely. Any suggestions as to why this occured and how to fix this?

thx for this. Had it serviced and cleaned last week. same prob after only one week. i read that running it on power save mode helps. done this 5 minutes ago and laptop immediatley cooled down. strange!

First of all thanks for making this video. I brought my Toshiba Satellite just over a year ago and ive had no problems untill today. For no apparent reason it just shut down. I powered it back up about 5 mins later and relised it was hot to the point you couldnt put youre hands underneath the laptop. I had a feeling something wasnt right because its been very slow the past two weeks and its genuinely a fast laptop. So i came across youre video folled the steps and it seems alot better! Thanks
