Not trying to sound nasty or negative or anything but La Lupe did in fact use drugs. I love her music, grew up listening to it along with Hector Lavoe, and many of the worlds great musicians did in fact get high. ...I think thats part of what made the music so great. But to focus in on just the fact that she was a "druggie or junkie" is really NOT cool and really not nice. She had sooo much to offer and when she died, a whole era/ genre of music became somewhat lost.

Please, only positive comments! I will not allow La Lupe's name to be thrown around as a drug addict! She DID NOT use drugs! Hello friends, I am happy LA LUPE'S video has been viewed so many times. It truly is a blessing. I wanted LA LUPE'S music to be known and I think she is making a great comeback!
Please, do not add any negative comments on the comment section. I do not intend for LUPE to have a reputation as a drug user. She never did any drugs! She was eccentric and unusual but it doesn't endorse drug use. Thanks for all the positive comments and QUE VIVA LA LUPE! AHI-NA-MA
