  • Hey jeff, thanks for all these videos i bought athlean x a couple of weeks ago and im loving it. Please could you blow the lid on this whole "you cant lose fat and gain muscle at the same time" notion. It always annoys me to hear guys in my high school saying u hav to bulk up with countless calories before u can get ripped once again thanks

  • @youngdavito I personally have found that the tower 200 and the x factor door gym set ups allow you to perform alot if not all of Jeffs machine/resistance exercises..I use them with the videos from Jeff and they work great for me..
