they seem to just be placing concrete with the bullfloat, no screeding just rake and fake, well i didnt even see the rake... also they should start sealing it up and making cuts yadayada....
and to finishing the pour question, there probably waiting for the balance of concrete

arent you suppouse to put wiring underneath the cement so it wont crack...when vehicles drive over it.
