BC Girls Choir - The Birch Tree

From this year's "Spring Sing" concert presented by the British Columbia Girls Choir.

A Lovely arrangement of an old Russian Round. This tune can also be found in Tchaikovsky Symphony No.4

Bella Voce, the Senior Group(ages 13-20) sings this arrangement, first in Russian, then in English.

A lovely choir! They seem to have very good vocal instruction... (For a girls choir they seem to be on the older age range maybe 15-18?) Thanks, for posting...Very appreciated...Would love to know more about choir/choir tradition in Canada...

probably for an effect. When you don't face the audience directly, it creates a different, more mysterious sound.
