1964~1996, Chinese national population had an increase of 45%, and Uyghur population increase is 49%. 1982~2000, the national increase is 25.6%, and for Uyghur people the increase is 40.8%.

The Chinese nuclear tests is 1964~1996 were performed in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region; more precisely, in its Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture (巴音郭楞蒙古自治州). From 1995~2000, the mortality of this Autonomous Prefecture is less than 5 / 1000.

Do you have any idea of Xinjiang's population? Do you have any idea that for a Autonomous Region with less than 20 million people, what does your so called "190,000 Uyghur people were killed" mean?

Statistics:

In 1989~1990, the Mortality of Chinese Population, national range is 6.28 / 1000. In Xinjiang it's 5.77 / 1000.

In 2006, the national mortality data is 6.81 / 1000, and in Xinjiang it's only 5.03 / 1000.

For Uighur people, from 11/01/1999 to 10/31/2000, the chinese Uighur mortality data is 6.20 / 1000; and the national data is 6.45 / 1000.
