Holly in Hospital

Holly 4 weeks after brain injury sustained while undergoing simple surgery. 3-4 days post surgery she developed hyponatremia which is an electrolyte disturbance in which the sodium serum is lower than normal. This went undetected by the hospital until she reached a critical stage where she lost consciousness and was rushed to ICU. She just barely made it out alive but sustained brain damage due to the swelling of her brain caused by the hyponatremia. The hospital has no explanation as to what caused this.
