Nosferatu (part 3 of 13)

This amazing film was released in 1922 by the Prana Film company under the name "Nosferatu," because the studio could not get the rights to the novel "Dracula." It was the Prana Film company's only film, because they soon declared bankruptcy (before the widowed Mrs. Stoker could sue for copyright infringement). In 1927, the Cinémathèque Française, which collected and preserved films, preserved a copy of the second French version of "Nosferatu." In 1947 This version made a home in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

how do you pronounce and say Nosferatu?

when I differentiate between i mean pronounce as in of course what sounds the letters form, and i mean how as in err.. rhythmically?

Like Nos-Fera-Tu or Nos-Fer-A-Tu.

The way I say it is more like the latter, where I break it up into fours and put inflection on the A. "Nos-fer-a-tu." "A" like "ah"

The music in this version is weird. It doesn't really go with the movie, kind of makes it confusing. For instance, why is it so dramatic when he gets up in the morning?? I have a different version, same movie but different music.
