Well, I kinda managed to do it. I actually don't know japanese and my english knowledge is quite imperfect. Nonetheless, it seems that my scraps of knowledge combined with some english translations from BBCT allowed me to create these subs. And, you know, it's mostly accurate, about 95% or so. At least you should get an idea about what's going on in original video. Also did use some rephrases and game translations.
Subbed in Sony Vegas Pro 9.0, lol. Made subs large so they could be read even in 360p.

@Roy12GC Hmmm... This level is possible for me, but it's considerably more complicated as there are more lines and they often overlap. But, still, may try it out. As well as some new AfterFX text editing skills. =3

@Xgamer245 I don't know about "as good as this", but at least it's at the same level. Some moments are absurdly stupid, some are absurdly good. I've already started translating it, by the way.
