Definitely DONT use the microwave. You can't put anything metal into a microwave, and the pans that the eyeshadows sit in are metal.

lol just put a lighter under the eyeshadow.. the oven is just doing way to much.. just put a lighter under it and the plastic will melt :)

Thanks for the vid, but It's much better to use your flat iron, just add a piece of wax paper over the flat iron, leave the palette for about 5 min and voila!! they almost pop out by themselves. Much easier and also you reduce your chance of getting burnt

I'm glad I found this video. I'm depoting my trios tomorrow into a palette because I have around 20 of them now, and I often forget which colors I have. I was going to do the time consuming knife and alcohol thing, but I'm going to give this a try instead. It looks a lot easier. thanks :)
