@dekada00 Not just the guy with AIDS. Google "mural", look for the murals that reflect the idea of social justice, you always see these murals in poor areas, never anywhere else. For awhile the park is looking like one of those murals (a success), but then you see all the problems that underline this facade. This scene reflects the failed ideal of the welfare state. If you live in or near a big city in the US you should understand what I mean.
