Ok so where did u find the solution for the 2nd puzzle? I checked every freakin' place, including the claw, but saw absolutely nothing...

There is a lever in other room (that with stairs down) who opens secret door to another room. In there you will find all clues you need

puzzle number 3 is bullshit

you dont get any clues so your just basically guessing

what ever happened to the time where when you went into a temple or a dungeon and found some clues and actually knew what the fuck was going on

Dude, if you did not found any clues - it does not mean that clues does not exist. In fact in Skyrim - every puzzle has clues. In this case - just look at the claw on your inventory - it has all symbols carved on palm.
