1st - I think Billy could do his body weight atleast 3x.
2nd - Some people aren't naturally built in the shoulders. It was the opposite with my dad, in college he could max 200 lbs on flat bench but he could military press max about 165 or 170. He was about 6 foot 1 and 160 pounds.
Weak. The best indicator of upper body strength is Military press and you can't even sniff your own bodyweight w/o bending your kness-ha ha. takes some skill huh big mouth. I do 195 for 7 reps without knee bend I know you can't even come close and iam 43 and weigh 200 You got owned boy. Iam done making my point happy workouts chubby weakling
