no, the addon from each game must be the same has the game stantard, if the game is japanese , the addon must be japanese ...or for the Us version, and europeen, asian, etc

you can buy it ! because the game will use japanese or english language , it depends which language you set a yours Ps3 model ! not for all the game , like Street Fighter IV if the game is japanese , the game will always in japanese whatever language you put a the set up Ps3
