OOOH... Didn't realize that. Wasn't going to follow his "recovery" week anyways. On day 18 now but doing 4 weeks of phase 1. Phase 2 looks scary with all the different pull ups... but can't wait to try. :)

@laurasykora17 - Nope, "transition week" is optional. Different training modes from phase 1 to phase 2 so transition not required
