2010 Experience Mustang Spellbinder

Steve Wyrick is a mega-illusionist and Vegas headliner. His grandfather used to own a 70's Fastback, and that's when his love affair with Mustang began. Put the two together and magic is bound to happen.

So for the last chapter of The '10 Unleashed, Steve partnered with Vaughn Gittin, Jr., ace drifter and star of the very first chapter -Mustang Drift: Japan. Watch as these two men attempt a spellbinding stunt with the 2010 Mustang that has never been done before. And won't soon be forgotten. It's the final unleashing. Time to go big.

um....mustangs and camaros ARE for people who can't afford 'vettes. And 'vettes ARE for people who can't afford exotics. That's kind of the whole point of them--each one competes in a different class. Camaros and mustangs=pony cars. vette/grandsport, boxter, cayman, etc=sports cars. Z06, ZR1, 911, Skyline GTR, Gallardo, R8, f430, etc=near-supercars. Above that, super/hypercars. Comparing them is like throwing a featherweight in with the heavyweights--that's not what they're designed for.

@hendo337 yes i know that the new 2011 is way better , they finally gave it a new power plant and trans , im a huge ford guy and work with mustangs all the time . so i know most of my shit . i have not yet driven the 2011 but i here it is better then the camaro by alot , i love the camaro but after driving it . the car is great but it has blind spots like crazy and the window on it makes me fell like im driving my 74 corvette . its a nice car but if i had to pick i would go with a challanger lol

@merkurdude The 2010 has A 5 speed Manual or Auto. The 2011 is bigger news it has 6 speeds of both and the new 5.0 it is WAY faster than the IRS in the Camaro and Challenger. Motor Trend just did a test with it against the Newest BMW M3 it was only A few Hundredths of a second slower around a race track.The live axle is fine as long as it is set up right. I have A 2010 GT and I love it, best handling car I have ever driven. lived in Germany my Army buddies n I rented n drove everything so I know

@ERietdyk that is a good point , they do have a good set up , but idk about beating a independent rear car , i am building my second merk 5.0 and it really is amazing , 700-750 pounds lighter then the mustang , better grip and just alot more fun to drive . its a german ford best knowen as the cosworth rs500 . or there was a xr8 , and an xr4ti , i have an xr4ti with a 5.0 efi motor and i must say i love it . best car in that class of cars ...

@merkurdude People keep saying that it's sad, but I see it the other way. Ford's built the best LRA in the world, which is able to keep up even with BMW's IRS's. Until the IRS actually becomes an upgrade, I doubt they'll be going that route.

@ERietdyk does it really ? thats pretty sad on fords part . maybe they should just go all the way and make the mustang a independent lol , i have an 86 xr4ti witch has an independent rear with a mustang 5.0 and it kills the fox body that i keep almost recking with that damn posi track and 8.8 rear . hated that brick . for that matter it kills my friends 2006 stang , amazing what 600 less pounds does for a car
