I just peeled 2 pomelos here in Singapore. They are huge, hard and green. You have to use a knife, it's impossible to peel by hand and the sections are encased in really thick skin, so then you have to take a knife and then peel that off too.
But I love pomelo and they are sweet and delicious! Not sure why Kevin's is so small and more like grapefruit!
why is it that no matter where you squeeze the fruit(lemons, tomatoes) always squirt your eyes.

Dayum, you make my mouth water after that show. However, that's one tiny Pomelo i've ever seen. They come much bigger than that, twice that size. It's really good and the section skin, peels so easily unlike grapefruit, and no it's not bitter either. Clean it up, put it in a bowl and sprinkle it with salt. It's a tasty snack.
