you guys are dumb. i got a CLEAN 03 srt4 for 5100$ in arizona, the last time i looked that wasnt 10,000. secondly your comparing a HEAVY ass awd 2 liter to a lightweight 2.4 torque monster that has the power to weight ratio of a fucking lawnmower with a streetbike motor in it. i have raced EVOs and STis and still havent lost to one yet. you can talk shit and sat oh its just a neon all you want but isnt an Evo a decked out lancer? and isnt a STI a decked out wrx? Not to mention, the guy with Evo can afford the Evo, and can afford more than 3k in mods. WHO the fuck cares how much he spent on the car and how much he can put into it, its what he wanted to buy and what he could afford. The Neon has WELL over 3k in mopar parts alone, not EBAY shit like all you guys are used to buying. So for good parts, 3k+ gets you to about 320hp in a SRT. 3k of NON-EBAY parts will get you to about 350hp. Srt has better high end, Evo jumps like a mofo off the line.

 Okay, well i think you guys need to stop bitching about whose shit is faster. Yea, so he paid 30k for the Evo, and the guy with the Srt-4 bought it brand new with 0 miles for 21k. The Evo is stock, and is a CRACKHEAD to mods, you take a few bolt-ons, cold-air and exhaust, and it gains way more than the Srt-4 will. On the other hand The Srt, providing you can afford it, the stage3 mopar upgrade and a chip will get you 350hp. I KNOW FOR A FACT! Both cars are beautiful cars, respect that

@zevahc88 buying an fp red at 2k isnt the best way to gain power on a stock evo, ud need way to many supporting mods. try a tbe, cai, uicp and licp and a tune making 450hp to the wheel at 27psi on the stock turbo coupled with the awd and grip of the evo and ur not able to keep up and lets get this straight ur buying, from the dealership and srt4 for 1500? BULL SHIT lmao... the cheepest autotrader has them listed for is 8k and thats an 03 LMAO ur really talking out ur ass. idc what u say evo>srt4

@specialdeathx who the fuc* is talking about the new srt4,im talking about the 03-05 srt's get ur ass right. ok u got ur x for 26k plus the 3k u talking about wish i assume that u can buy a fp red for 2k plus a tune and a CAI and there goes u 3k.on a srt u get the 50 trim for 1500,some cams for 350,BFMI for 500 and some other bolts on and u get a whole different srt. just comparing evo x=26k+3k=29k. srt=10 - 12k + 3= 15k at most,ill let u do the rest of the math
