ok so basically describe to me the mechinism of how this works, and would this have the same effect for someone without pre-existing dimples? BTW on the first half of video u see him facing one way and then at the last half of video u see him facing the OTHER way with his apparnt new dimple. u didnt show both cheeks. he could have already had that dimple there already just u didnt show that half of the face at the beginnin of the video.
