  • could anyone tell me what size kettlebells they are?

  • @MrDavidr94 The kettlebells were 45lbs each. Funk

  • This is strength endurance training not explosive power. For that, you need heavy oly lifting, plyometrics and heavier kettlbells with fewer reps than this.

  • @MrOdsplut Hey MrO, You are correct with your comment on strength endurance, but there are definitely plyometric exercises in this workout for example the Split Squats and Bench Jump Burpees. You can surely use heavier weights with these exercises as well. You are also right with olympic lifts for power, but you have to have good form and technique for those with a coach/trainer for support - Thanks

  • Funny hop slim his legs are, according to his upper body oO

  • @aips0 That is funny, especially when 95 percent of people tell me that my thighs are HUGE and Muscular..My calves are long but hey it's about athletic performace and function.

  • by the choice of his music you can tell that after the training he relaxes with sensi... :FFFFF

  • @marcroops Awesome workout! I like the box jump burpees, hadn't thought of that.

Regarding the Outside the legs Dbl. Kb swings, what's the difference between bending the arms (like you do) as opposed to keeping them straight? Thanks!

  • @aips0 He's obviously not a bodybuilder so why are the size of his calves relevant? Have you ever attempted a workout like this? It's done for practical purpose, not show.

The internet - Where every idiot gets a voice.

  • Is a nigga like him going insane in the brain ?

  • Nice vid everyone stay heathy and work hard much love and peace to all

  • damn that music makes me wanna smoke a spliff instead of working out ;P

  • @harrisonsrad No it's not. Muscle mass would need more time under tension. I'm still talking very fast explosive movements, but with fewer reps and higher resistance.

  • @MrOdsplut that's for muscle mass your talking about. this guy is showing us explosive power for mix martial artist

  • This has become one of my favourite circuit and I do it with my clients, totally awesome. Thanks
