Bush gave jobs to people from EXXON they came into the EPA with an agenda. They weren't even qualified for the jobs! They would WRITE laws while Americans were sleeping and then they would leave that job and go back to work for EXXON again! Bush is the biggest traitor to America!

It's not that I need to do more research. It's that I'm limited to only 500 characters to comment with here and decided to go with the premise, if you are going to have these bastards represent you that it might as well be Dennis or Ron. I agree that a clean slate would be preferred. Problem is that representative democracy doesn't work in my opinion. Direct democracy would be better. To be honest, I'd rather get rid of the state all together.

@takotheoktopus If you think Paul and Kucinich represent then you need to do more research. I think it would only be safe at this point to wipe the slate clean, jail them for treason, and sort out the details later. Only then can we begin to reclaim what is rightfully ours.

"the greatest government in the world" please show me proof! I own a business employee 4 people and don't have health care, becuase all my customers are broke too. I can't finance crap becuase my old health care insurance provider doesn't want to make payments on my medical bills, so now my credit is screwed. I don't have a state pension or insurance I guess I will be 80 years old working at McDonalds full time just to make it! I love America can't wait until there is a revolution!

Sen. Boxer concerned over a waiver? For California, a state which is essentially broke, yet runs a huge state-level EPA organization which traditionally promulgates much stricter regulations than federal EPA? The same state where UCLA recently fired Dr James Enstrom over which appears to be controversy over the CA Air Resources Board trying to push oppressive regulation on truckers based on Hien Tran's research (a CARB staffer who lied about his PhD). This isn't funny. It's out of control!
