Zay, Do you recommend to start off in braids first because my hair is about 2-3 inches long?

@KryptonKrew I just got my locs retwisted Tuesday, and I asked my loctician to braid them (braiding 3 locks together) and I left them in for a day, usually I leave them in about a week before taking them out, but they were tight and hard to sleep in. My hair is still very curly, it will stay curly for a while, now if we have a lot of rainy weather, or humid weather, they curls may start to fall

I agree with you, I do not believe in Interlocking.... and as to "how many locks do you have" I have always wanted to ask my locktician that, but I don't want her to go thru any extra trouble when she is doing my hair... maybe she can approxiamate it for me based on how many clips she uses
