  • Funny, there were questions about both candidates eligibility, but only one was heard in court, the wrong one. Am I seeing a case of discrimination here? Both issues were the same, but only the white guy has to prove he's eligible?

  • @qwertyman129 "The Supreme Court has never explicitly ruled on whether children born in the United States to illegal immigrant parents are entitled to birthright citizenship via the 14th Amendment, although it has generally been assumed that they are. A birth certificate (a.k.a Certificate of Live Birth for children born in certain states) issued by a U.S. state or territorial government is evidence of citizenship, ..." United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898)

  • Those old chicken shits don't give a damn about our constitution.

  • Well, what would you aspect? Justice?

  • cuz the usa has been taken over by commie terrorist

  • The doctrine you keep citing of citizenship coming from one's father has not been invoked in ANY case since the dissent of Wong. The reason for that is the majority (yes, 6 out of 9 is a majority!) held that anybody born on American soil is an American from birth, with limited exceptions.

You argue that there's a distinction between native born citizen and NBC, but cite absolutely no support, either because you're too stupid to look it up, or actually have and realize that there is none.

  • I'm a scumbag because I asked you to name a single case that agrees with your position, and instead you referred me to the 540+ volume SC Reports.

If you read carefully (something you seem incapable of) you'll see that I haven't expressed support or opposition to Obama. All I've done is dispute your legal argument, that there is a difference between a native born citizen and a natural born citizen. No serious scholar agrees with your position, no court decision agrees with your decision.
