Damn you Crowell! It's quarter to 2 in the morning, my fingers are KILLING me but I cannot stop working on your wonderful interpretation of this song. I don't have the words to thank you. (see my earlier comments on Part II) time for sleep.

Very nice. Somehow you make me appreciate JD even more. Great job. Gawd I miss him. Hey is that a Rush shirt you are wearing? I'm a Rush fan too. Thanks for your great work.

Great Job.. Been a fan of John Denver for years.. I play guitar his guitar technique is hard to learn.. Lots of practice I guess..

I like your lesson, just turn down the reverb a little.

Whom are you referring to? I certainly was never in his band, though that would've been "far out!" I'm just a devoted fan that has been and seen allot of John up close in his concerts.

Nicely done. I will use your chording method in standard tuning when singing this. Lots easier and it sounds good. Thanks for posting this!

Let me know if it works well for you. I'm just not one of those who can do allot of fret movement, and still sing good enough to be worthwhile to listen to...so I always find "simpler" ways like that.

Your influences are the same as mine except you left out Eric Johnson and Simon & Garfunkel

I really like EJs music, but I discovered him far after I'd already been playing guitar for 10 years. S&G are simply awesome, and I keep several of their tunes in my catalog..."The Boxer" is one I love to perform!
