@mrHardy124 Gilbert dont have a high sprint skill to begin with, idk if you have edited the db you are playing with or not. But you can do the same thing with him. And you can also do the same lead-out thingy on the hill stages ;)

in pcm 2010 you couldt really get on the front with the first 7/8 riders of yours. You need to go at the front so late as posible. You gotta try to have 2 people in front of Cavendish: T.Martin, Renshaw. Behind Cavendish you need to get much of teammates as u can. When u gonna sprint with renshaw, let the teammates behind Cavendish go slow, so they block the others and have to make a large gap if they wanna win :)
