  • Oh yea....I lived that dream for over 12 years, I used to live 30 minutes from the N-ring and have over 100 laps around the track. Most fun you will ever have on a bike, weekends are dangerous, every idiot in Europe is out there, cars, bikes, buses, all run at the same time. I've seen more people killed there than any place else, best time to go is week days after work, normally nice and quite, just hard core locals.

  • This is true I completely agree. I've done like 500 laps or more on Forza Motorsports and I've come to know every single corner of the ring, not saying I'm the king of the ring but it makes all the difference. On the bike well there's al lot more work with the bumps, elevation changes, traffic, wind, noise but if you really know your way around you'll definitely enjoy it more

  • Awesome track! awesome track awesome track then 5:57 stupid kid on the fence lol

  • @WhenIHadHair well.. to be honest with you.. it does matter how many computergames you play.. i played Grand prix legends a lot, and the track is exactly the same.. another great one to gain track knowledge is GT4 on the playstation.. .collegueas didn't believe me at first, but after a visit to the nurburgring i acted as a navigator while they were playing GT4, they both took more than a minute off their previous records..

  • Amazing indeed!

  • If your on a Firestorm....GOOD LUCK

    HAHAHA Love MCN

  • Where do you put your luggage when you're out on track?

    No on-board footage :(

  • how long did this route take from calais??

  • Doesn't matter how fast you are. This place is all about track knowledge. Believe me, people will come past you (on bikes and cars) making you feel slow. You will not remember where the track goes, doesn't matter how many computer games you've done. Don't get carried away. Ride your own laps. Remember, people crash, NO insurance company will cover you, YOU pay for any damage you cause to the track/armco, recovery truck, track closure etc!!

    Or your life!

Go, enjoy, ride within yourself. Please

  • Took my Porsche there last September - it was a fantastic day weatherwise, but unfortunately it was a Saturday, and believe me every idiot in creation is there at the weekend! The ring was closed four times due to accidents. Definately best to go during the week if you can. Local motorcyclists are mental! (And yes I am a biker too).

  • Wonder how my Clio cup would do around there...
