Have any stop to wonder whatever the fuck happened to Widmore vs Ben??? few season back it almost seems like Ben and Widmore are the ones controlling everything and now Ben doesn't know what the fuck is going on and Widmore is never to be heard of again.

You might be right! and by the way, Claire was "miracously survived" when the mercenaries attacked Other's Ville and blew up her entire house. She then dissapeared on her way to the old camp when she saw Christian Shepard. So it totally fits with your theory. The black smoke is building his army (Christian Shepard + Claire + Sayd). The only thing that has not been answered is, why did Locke saw Michaels kid when he was dying?
