  • i don't understand why people have to keep running blaze down , at the end of the day he was asked to join iron maiden ,if any of you were offered that chance would you turn it down ( i bet not ) all singers are different , i suggest that everyone should listen to blaze bayleys solo stuff ,it is amazing especially silacone messiah ! blaze is a hard working performer he knows how to get a crowd working ,and wherever he plays he always performs like he's performing to millions! well done blaze!

  • Blaze did a good job on the albums he recorded, but when it comes to singing the songs originally sung by Bruce, he totally sucks.

  • I do not understand. We all write about the fact that Blaze can not sing. And no one says that Janick Gers can not play solos that he played Adrian.

  • I think his vocals are actually pretty good. An interesting spin. But Bruce's higher voice is better for it. I wish Paul D'iano would cover this. /That/ would be awesoem.

  • 0:39 FAİL

  • They should have tuned down the guitars for him, this is not in his range...

  • blaze is tragic

  • DON'T TRY COMPARE BRUCE....HEAR THIS SONG BY BLAZE AND YOU UNDERSTAN A LOT OF THINGS.....

  • @Poptartza Actually, at some point, I remember they dropped down the tuning of the instruments (1 tone down, if memory serves)... still, it didn't help much... check for 1997 bootlegs or so.

  • @marcelcruzeiro Honestly the band could have helped blaze out a bit by transposing some of the higher songs down into his range. It would have made everything a lot better live.

  • @Devaneando Actually, that was a decision from the band (Harris). He wanted a different voice. Of course, that would work if Blaze was to sing only his songs, but Maiden couldn't do that at the time. So the proper substitute should be someone who could carry the high pitched classics. By the way, I was at this concert.

  • this performance is better than the one he did in Santiago where he got spat on, and was pissed off at the end.
